Samagri

Madhura machha 200gm(katahuethiba), adaa rashunara peste 10gm, aleicha 1, lankagunda ½ chamach, 1 bada chamach beshan, 1 chamach , dhaniapatra, lona , alive oil 100gm, ½ chamach chat mashala.


Pranali

Machhaku bhalabhabe dhui pani nigadi diantu. Tela o chat mashalaku chhadi anya shabu samagriku mishai gadha ghula prastuta karantu. Ebe machhaku eithire budai lalkari chhanee tisu paper opare rakhidiantu. Opare chat mashala o dhaniapatra chhinchi khaibaku diantu.
